Tasting events are held every Friday from 5pm to 8pm. $10 lets you sample up to 8 wines from a selection of up to 12 featured at the event. Bring a friend and share tastes to try them all! See the calendar below. (Events may vary in structure depending on the assortment of wines)

Events in East Vancouver

July 25

Tuscany by Small Vineyards, 5-8pm. $10

Saturday

Once again we'll feature a line up of new and exciting selections from the catalog of Small Vineyards Imports, the Seattle-based distributor of hand-picked selections from tiny producers throughout Italy. Included in this tasting will be both reds and whites, some of which were imported only for our Direct Import offer...selections that won't be available for long because extra is not available! Taste through a delicious Irpina Code de Volpe and Martorana's Colona Nero d'Avola, as well as Barbera, Prosecco and more!

Events in East Vancouver

Aug 1	Spanish Wines by Casa Ventura, 5-8pm. $10
Friday	Join us with Regional Sales Manager Laura Stiff and a representative visiting from Spain for a special event sampling 7 different Spanish wines never before featured at Salut!

Aug 8	Argentina by A&B Imports, 5-8pm. $10
Friday	A set of wines from the hand-picked wines of the A&B catalog will be featured tonight including wines from Gougenheim, Juan Benegas and much more.

Aug 9	Sake Tasting Event, 3-6:30pm. $5
Saturday	We've been working for months to choose a great assortment of premium sake wines from Japan and the U.S. Now it's time to share them with you! We'll open up 5 different styles this afternoon.

Aug 13	Wine 101, 7-9:30pm. $35
Wednesday	Our first class in wine enjoyment teaches how to taste wines, gives you a wine vocabulary to describe flavors, shows the basics of food pairing and how to properly serve wines with the proper glassware & temperature! Reservations required. Limited to the first 18 guests.

Aug 15	Walla Walla $10 & $20, 5-8pm. $10 &/or $20
Friday	Two separate flights will feature wines from the Walla Walla region. Choose one or both flights to enjoy up to 16 different wines tonight. One of our most popular events!

Aug 16	Sweet 16th - A Sampling of Sweet Wines, 3-6:30pm. $10
Saturday	It's the 16th of August and perfect weather for a a rare sampling of sweet wines! If you enjoy wines that are easy to drink and affordable, come in to this first-ever sampling of wines you're certain to enjoy. These are the wines you've been searching for! New and unique wines you would not discover without this event! Symphony, Late Harvest Riesling, Gewurztraminer, Muller Thurgau, Moscato, Brachetto and more.

Aug 22	10 Under $10, 5-8pm. $10
Friday	10 wines featured in a flight of spectacular everyday values. We've searched long and hard for these top notch examples of what you can get for under $10!

Aug 29-31	COST +10% WEEKEND Friday 5-8pm, $10. Saturday & Sunday 12-5pm, $5.
Friday	24 different wines featured and on sale at our cost +10%! Taste through 10 wines on Friday and 7 wines each on Saturday and Sunday. Details to come!


	Reservation Policy

Reservations for our public events can be made in person, via e-mail, or by calling us. Visit our Contact Us page for names, numbers & addresses for the two locations this website serves.

Due to the private and limited space offered by Salut! Wine Co. for special events, and to ensure the proper foods and wines are prepared for each individual guest, we take reservations for all sit-down events, and ask for prepayment for these reservations up to a month ahead of the event.

Unpaid reservations are accepted, but payment is required to continue holding seats when/if the event is sold to capacity. In the event we are unable to contact you for payment when an event reaches capacity, the requested seat(s) will be forfeited to any guests on a waiting list able to pre-pay for their reservation.

Reservations can be canceled at any time at least 48 hours prior to the event for full refund. Reservations canceled before the day of the event will be refunded 50% of the purchased price. Refunds are not available when reservations are canceled the day of the event or if you are unable to attend without notice.
