For a truly special night, hold your event or meeting at Salut! Wine Co.!

You can rent Salut! for your event when other Events are not scheduled and the store is not open.

We will create a special menu of mouth-watering dishes to serve your guests while you help select wonderful wines to pair with them. Perhaps you'd like a private Italian wine tasting and dinner, or a cocktail party with an Australian Wines theme. Hold your birthday dinner, or let us host a blind tasting for your group of 'Round the World Cabernets' or any other theme you choose. Possibilities are endless!


	About Salut! Private Events

We have the resources to host up to a 25 person sit-down dinner party. (see the movie of a 12 person dinner table)
We can host up to 50 people for a stand-up event.
There is no fee for space rental. We simply require $500 in purchases of catering services (including wine, outside foods not permitted. $5 Corking fee applies to wines served.)
Menu options and themes are up to you...we can guide your choices from dozens of wine theme ideas, from hundreds of food dishes, to keep you within the budget you set. Menus are available from $15/person (appetizers only) and up.

	Reservations

To reserve any open date, Contact Us.
Dates are reserved on a tentative basis until a $250 or 50% event deposit is paid (whichever is larger).
In the event that another party wishes to reserve the same tentative date, the first party will be asked to pay a deposit within 3 business days. Otherwise, the deposit is due 2 weeks prior to the event date.
